1.) FASFA if completed (click here for the online FAFSA)

2.) Your current Federal Tax Returns (spouse’s if married)

3.) Parents current Federal Tax Returns (24 years or younger unless married or if you have children)

4.) Social Security Card

5.) Drivers License or ID card

6.) Names, addresses and phone numbers of 2 personal or business references who do not live at your address.
