Certified Welding Instructor
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years recent, relevant journey-level work experience as a professional welder required.
- Associate of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in welding and/or baccalaureate degree in Industrial Arts is desired.
- Experience as an instructional trainer/teacher, industrial, corporate, and/or workplace setting desired.
- Ability to effectively combine an array of methods to enhance understanding, including demonstrations, lectures, group discussions and activities, individual activities, etc. Understand which teaching methods best serve the student’s needs, interests, and ability to learn.
